Vector Art

Vector Art is preferred for reproducing logos and lettering. This is line art that can be scaled to any size and will retain its sharpness. This format is required for cut vinyl graphics.

Important: Please remember to convert all lettering and fonts to outline.

Accepted vector formats: Adobe Illustrator: AI or EPS

Raster Images

Raster Images or "bitmaps" are generally photographs or any pixel-based image.

Important: Make sure image resolution is sufficient for quality output. As a guideline, we recommend 100 dpi at FULL SIZE for good results. Website images are unacceptable for reproduction on signs.

Accepted raster formats:
TIFF

JPEG is accepted, but a TIFF file is generally better quality

PDF are also accepted, and may contain both vector and raster data. Please follow the above guidelines accordingly. PDF files should be "print-ready".

Art For Scanning

We scan up to 8.5" x 11" on our flatbed scanner. We accept reflective or transparent originals. Logo must be "camera ready" for quality results. If art is not camera-ready, additional art charges may apply to clean up scanned artwork.

Delivery

Artwork is best supplied on clearly labeled CD/DVDs. Sending a proof of each of the files to be printed lets us know what you are expecting and helps us see if any fonts/graphics are missing.
